Looking at the plagues in an overview all together allows us to see the both the movement and the structure of this section. In doing so, Moses provides us with a tremendous and contrasting picture of the Hand of God versus the Heart of Pharaoh, and ultimately, the Hope of Israel in the only One who is truly able to deliver.
